* A non- refundable of 50% deposit is applicable upon order confirmation for bookings above $1000.00. Balance is payable upon delivery.
* Strictly COD for all deliveries/ self collection.
* Collection after 10.30pm @ $50.00 per hour
* Service Staff @ $110.00 each (Max. 4 hours, before 10.30pm)
* Written Cancellation mush reach us at least 7 working days before the function date. Any cancellation thereafter will be charged at 50 % of the invoice amount.
* Full invoice amount will be charged for any cancellation less than 5 working days before the function date.
* All amendments must be made 5 working days before the function date. Thereafter, an administration of $50.00 will be charged upon any changes made to the menu, time, and headcount.
* We provide 10% buffer for ordered quantity. The management reserves the right to replace menu items should it be unavailable at time of event.
* Please allow a 45 Min grace period before or after the expected time due to unforeseen traffic conditions, security & parking
* Rental of Table/ Chair is NOT Applicable for the below dates. 03/02/11, 04/02/11 & 05/02/11.
* Chinese New Year Menu available from 20/01/11 to 28/02/11 (Except Closed on 02/02/11, Eve of CNY )
